Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

We offer free shipping to our customer in mainland Spain. The Canary Islands, Balearic Islands  have a shipping cost of 5.99 euros. Shipping to European countries costs 9.99 euros. We accept payment by Visa/Master bank cards, Google Pay, Bizum and Paypal. Packages are shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are sent via national couriers. Delivery time takes 3 to 5 working days. We will provide a link for you to track your order online with the tracking number.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
